Pilates and postural awareness


Pilates is an effective and increasingly popular method of body conditioning. Pilates is designed to offer smooth flowing movements from a strong and stable centre.


Lynn teaches small, focused groups and one-to-one Pilates from her studio in Clapham. Her classes are suitable for any age and for anyone regardless of their age or physical starting point. As a remedial massage therapist Lynn uses Pilates as an integral part of her approach to rehabilitation. With a particular interest in posture, Lynn brings in her complimentary experience of Nordic Walking and Method Putkisto.


Having survived breast cancer treatment and surgery has given Lynn an entirely new insight into the importance of rebuilding strength and flexibility.
